A Denver tradition that started with flour, eggs, and a whole lot of heart

Back in 1978, The Egg Shell opened its doors on 17th Street with a simple mission: bring the kind of bakery you'd find in a small town to the heart of downtown Denver. No shortcuts, no factory flavors — just real ingredients, patient recipes, and the kind of service where regulars become friends.
